I LOVE Facebook groups. They are the best way to really connect with your audience and to go deeper with your people.
But I know it can be really stressful starting out a group.
At first, it’s SMALL. And you can post and hear…well, NOTHING. The key is to not give up when you feel like the group stalls or is too small or no one is talking. Just. Keep. Going.
You have to really work hard and cultivate the culture of your group. YOU, as the group creator, are the one who sets the tone. This happens by clearly explaining the group rules (like: no spamming the wall with your links 20 times a day) and by being present in the group.
Rather than writing on and on, how about I SHOW you what I mean? Click to watch a replay of a live training I did in early 2017 on Facebook groups.
If you’d like to join the thriving Create If Writing community, you can find this fabulous group of creatives HERE.
