I am currently NOT taking new coaching clients, but may plan a group coaching program for authors later in 2019. You can sign up for my weekly email, The Quick Fix, to keep apprised. Or join the free Facebook community! Or shoot me an email: email@example.com
Whatever your niche, goals, pageviews, or experience, I can help. I have worked with non-profit founders, fiction writers, Christian authors, food bloggers, faith bloggers, and more. That seems kind of backward, but it’s not about the particular niche, but about YOU.
You don’t need generalized advice but someone that speaks to your specific situation. You need someone who will look at YOUR brand and help you formulate a strategy that will work for YOU, not someone else, using methods and ideas that feel right for YOU. This is where I thrive.
As far as my fancy resume info, here you go!
I’m a writer and blogger with an MFA from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where I taught college-level composition and helped edit the Spring 2007 edition of The Greensboro Review. I have a handful of self-published books.
I have been blogging for almost ten years, seriously for five. In 2015 I grew the pageviews on my personal blog by 80% from January to December. I have launched a podcast, spoken at dozens of events like Podcast Movement and BlogHer Food, and have run two virtual summits.
I made the top 25 list of Houston Social Media Power Influencers in 2016 and 2017. I have spoken at Podcast Movement, Houston Social Media Breakfast, Blog Elevated, Houston Social Media Day, BlogHer Food, and the MediaVine Publishers Conference, among others. I also am the co-founder of the Profitable Blogging Summit.
Through the Create If Writing podcast, I interview experts like Darren Rowse from Problogger, freelancer extraordinaire Paul Jarvis, email masters like Amy Lynn Andrews, publishers like Chad R. Allen, and blogging entrepreneurs like Holly Homer. I have also been featured on the Smarty Pants Podcast, the Boss Girl Creative Podcast, and have helped with content for the Sell More Books Show.
